* Manifesting Ideas *

Posted in Articles at 7:09 pm by Amy656

We should never limit ourselves to manifesting “things” only when there are endless possibilities.  [see my Manifesting 101 page for list]

I like to manifest ideas.  Crazy enough, I really like to manifest ideas of what I should manifest!  So today, while I sit here wondering “what is it I want out of life?” I have started manifesting answers to my question and ideas to lead me in new directions.

Even though we often think, “I dream big, but nothing happens,” we really don’t dream big at all.  We dream GIGANTIC and leave the mid-size and big stuff out.  It is harder to manifest the huge stuff, like celebrity-billionare status or being the guy that finds the cure for cancer, that’s why we need other, easier to obtain goals while we work on the big stuff.

That’s where ideas come in.  If your manifesting list reads with “new shoes for work” at the top and “end world hunger” at the bottom, it’s time to draft a new list!  And if you don’t know what you want, then simply state “I manifest ideas for things I should be manifesting,” or “I manifest an idea for how to increase my retirement funds.”  You can be specific or totally wide-open general.

Words of advice; when you manifest ideas, be prepared to get flooded with incoming information from all sources - your spouse, your boss, the newspaper, internet, TV, etc… Sometimes ideas are subtle and if you find yourself still idea-less, draft a new manifesting list and add “I manifest a clear, recognizable idea for xyz.”  Just don’t ask for it to smack you upside the head - a book might fall on you.

And finally; not all the ideas you get are going to be winners or super-fancy gold mines.  It is up to you to sort through the ideas and put them into action.  Or you can be like me and manifest the idea into action… =D

A Rainy Hello

Posted in Updates at 7:25 pm by Amy656

It’s getting ready to rain here and I simply find a balance and a strange aura of peace whenever the daytime sky darkens with rain clouds.  The rain soothes me.  It also gives me reason to be lazy.  =D

I’ve fallen out of the manifesting cycle for the last few weeks and boldly declare that I will rev it back up - immediately.

Manifesting Harmony

Posted in Articles at 3:54 pm by Amy656

When you manifest lots of things, big or small, you run into a common problem - you start manifesting things that contradict each other or one negates the other.

The solution to this is adding in harmony

Earlier this year I saw Champions on Ice, Olympic skaters on tour, and decided I wanted to see it again.  The only problem was that they had only one show in my area and zipped off for the rest of their tour.  So, when reality says no, I manifest.

First, I manifested exactly what I wanted: Free tickets (2 or 4) in a city where I could easily fly into and stay with a friend (to keep costs down) and have that friend go with me.  Overall, my options were Chicago, L.A., Seattle, San Diego, Minneapolis, and Denver.  Plenty of manifesting room to get what I wanted!

Next up, I contacted my friends in those cities and told them of my manifesting plan and asked them to listen for details on the radio and tv about shows in their areas.  If any contests came up, I asked them to enter (because for some reason, each contest required you be a resident of that state to be eligible).

Now here is what’s interesting.  Manifesting doesn’t always mean sitting and waiting, sometimes you need to use whatever resources you have.  For me, my resources were my friends and I wanted to increase my chances of seeing Champions on Ice again, so I felt this would speed things up.

Well, not only did it speed things up, but when I contacted one of my friends, he said that if I flew into town (his town) he’d just buy two tickets and it would be his treat.  And there you have it!  Manifesting success, I was so excited, and ready to enjoy my success when I realized… I couldn’t go.

Before I had manifested tickets to Champions on Ice, I had manifested something else.  My friend was getting married in Minneapolis and I really wanted to attend.  The ice show was the weekend before the wedding and there was no way I could swing two trips back to back like that.  So I declined his offer, very sadly might I add, and planned on the wedding.

Well guess what?  If you think I got to do both, you’re wrong.  In fact, I couldn’t do either!  In the midst of all this, I manifested a new place to live because I had recently moved and found the location to be the most depressing of my life and utterly inhabitable.

Finding what I wanted gave me great joy until I realized I would be moving the week in between the two weekends of Champions on Ice and wedding in Minneapolis.  Low and behold, my manifested plans were not mixing together at all.

So, I had to determine what was most important.  I thought about it hard and my thoughts were that I really wanted to see my friend in Minneapolis, wedding or not, and I had to move.  I put the Champions on Ice manifesting aside and focused on making the other two work.

A solution came almost immediately.  A few months back I had been offered to work a special event in Minneapolis in mid-July but wasn’t going to be able to attend because of another trip I had planned with my family.  My contact called me and said the event was changed to August and that they really wanted me.

They bought me a plane ticket and I booked the trip.  Needless to say, I’m actually posting this from my friend’s laptop in Minneapolis, the one who got married a month ago when I was moving and unable to attend.  I got a free trip to see her and it has worked out great!

As you can see, sometimes you have to alter your manifesting as you go along.  After this whole learning curve, I’ve implemented manifesting everything to work in harmony with my other manifestings.

The nice thing about manifesting is you can always go back to the drawing board.  =D
